The year 2012 will continue to bring exciting changes to a designers ability to customize websites. I am now using the latest technology of CSS 3 and HTML 5, to craft websites that are more unique and beautiful than had been possible even a year ago. Designing a website is more than just typing computer code, it is about helping a client with their business vision and crafting an appropriate message through individual use of typography, color palettes, navigation and imagery. I enjoy the collaborative process of working with a client to realize their vision. All I need from a client is their text and imagery and I will do the rest, from design and development to hosting. And if you need help writing your text and obtaining images, I can help you with that too!
Recent clients include scientists, research labs, psychologists and conservation organizations. My largest website design project this year was for award winning author and neuroscientist, Dr. Kelly Lambert, who was recently interviewed by National Geographic Magazine and Martha Stewart Living.
